IT Strategy and Leadership

IT strategy that puts technology to work for the business.

For companies with 50 to 500 employees whose IT grew by putting out fires and now needs direction: where to invest, what to stop, how to organize the team and how to talk to leadership in numbers. Assessment, governance, roadmap and executive follow-up.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before getting started.

What is a CIO on demand?
An experienced IT executive who works part-time: takes part in decisions, drives the roadmap and guides the team, at a much lower cost than a full-time hire. It makes sense for companies that don't have, or can't yet support, that position.
My company doesn't have a structured IT department. Does this make sense?
It does, and that's when it pays off most: deciding early what to outsource, which systems to adopt and which rules to follow avoids rework and cost later.
How do we convince leadership to invest in IT?
With numbers: cost of downtime, risk, hours saved and revenue enabled. The roadmap is built in exactly that language.
Do you replace my IT manager?
No. We work alongside them, bringing method, market benchmarks and support on difficult decisions. Autonomy stays with your team.
Does AI fit into the IT strategy?
It comes in as one of the roadmap's areas, with its own governance. For those who want to start there, we offer AI consulting.
